Tasman Environmental Markets (TEM) has today announced the resignation of Head of Origination, Adrian Enright, effective Thursday 5 June 2025.
Adrian’s decision to step away from TEM comes after eight years of extraordinary contribution to TEM’s mission and growth. Over this time, Adrian has been instrumental in shaping who we are – from leading strategic projects, growing the sales team and establishing key partnerships, to building a culture grounded in care, ambition and integrity.
Adrian’s leadership and vision have helped deliver important climate and community outcomes across Australia and the Asia–Pacific, and his passion for building meaningful, lasting impact has guided not just the work we do, but how we do it.
He has also been a valued mentor to many across the organisation, generously sharing his time, expertise and support. As TEM continues to grow, Adrian felt it was the right time to take a step back, spend time with his family, and reflect on the next chapter of his career.
Reflecting on his time with TEM, Adrian Enright said:
“Having joined as one of TEM’s first employees with one major client, to now being a truly global organisation working with over 250 leading brands is really satisfying and something I feel fortunate to have played a role in.
Following the successful transition of CEO and our Sales team, I felt it was an excellent time to venture out, look for a new challenge and watch TEM’s next expansion from a different vantage point.”
TEM CEO Michaela Morris said:
“It’s definitely bittersweet. Adrian has been a huge support to me during my transition into the CEO role, and a constant presence for so many others across TEM. While we’re sad to see him go, he will remain an honorary part of the TEM family, and we’re excited for him as he takes time with family and begins a new chapter. His impact on this business has been profound and he leaves behind a strong legacy and a team ready to build on it.”
TEM Chair Andrew Grant added:
“Adrian’s contribution to TEM has been significant and enduring and has dramatically shaped the organisation’s culture and success. His leadership has helped position TEM as a market leader, and we are grateful for the energy and care he brought to every part of the organisation. We are incredibly grateful for all that Adrian has achieved and we wish him great success for his future endeavours.”
We thank Adrian for his commitment, leadership and impact over the past eight years. He has been a core part of TEM’s story, and we look forward to seeing what’s next for him.
