Renée joined TEM as Compliance Sales Manager after a 26-year career at Shell spanning senior commercial, marketing and operational leadership roles in B2B and B2C businesses across the value chain, on four continents. Having held a leadership role in Shell’s Sectors and Decarbonization business, she has a firsthand understanding of the decarbonization challenges TEM’s customers face today.
Renée is a highly engaging leader with a track record of delivering transformational change and business growth. She has managed multi-billion-dollar commercial partnerships across diverse regulatory environments. She is a natural collaborator, known for strong vision articulation, developing high-performing teams, and building trusted partnerships.
Renée believes brands have a responsibility to serve local communities and the greater good. She’s passionate about bringing together TEM, its customers, and its project partner organizations to collectively deliver on that purpose.
In recent years, Renée has served on the corporate advisory board of the Center for Retailing Studies at Texas A&M University and on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Houston. She also stays involved in animal welfare and currently volunteers at The Lost Dogs’ Home in North Melbourne.
