Anthony Dunn

Anthony Dunn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in conservation, sustainable land management, and agricultural research. At TEM, Anthony oversees critical projects to ensure the delivery of high-integrity carbon and land regeneration initiatives, with a strong focus on integrating cattle and conservation. He manages seven carbon regeneration properties, ensuring compliance, reporting, and audits for both TEM and other stakeholders.

Anthony played a pivotal role in the largest partnership of its kind in Australia between NAPCo and the Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC), adding six million hectares to conservation land management. His leadership in doubling AWC’s conservation footprint set a global benchmark for integrating science-backed strategies to preserve biodiversity and protect ecosystems.

In addition to his leadership in conservation, Anthony has contributed significantly to the agricultural sector. He has served as the Director of Research and Development for the AgForce Cattle Board, the Chairman of the NABRC Southern Inland Queensland Committee, and a Committee Member of the Cattle Council of Australia. His operational expertise spans managing large-scale mixed farming and pastoral stations, with a focus on sustainable practices, including updated grazing property functions prioritising technological integration.

A passionate advocate for biodiversity, Anthony owns land with a koala habitat offset, where he has successfully improved local koala populations. He has also contributed to state biodiversity corridors and holds a certificate in fire for conservation.

Anthony is also actively involved in community service, including over 30 years of service with the Rural Fire Brigade. His work continues to set a global standard for how comprehensive agricultural management can contribute to conservation and biodiversity.
