Dougal has more than 15 years of experience across corporate advisory, investment structuring and transaction execution, with exposure to financial services, renewable energy, high‑technology agriculture, and transport and logistics. He has worked across a range of investment and operating environments, bringing a combination of strategic judgement and hands‑on commercial experience.

Dougal is Chief Investment Officer of the Kilara Growth Fund, where he is responsible for investment origination, structuring and execution, and sits as an executive member of the Fund’s Investment Committee. His background provides strong commercial and strategic insight relevant to TEM’s growth and investment activities.
