Graham brings over two decades of experience in strategic advisory, governance, and commercial leadership. He has worked with organisations ranging from high-growth ventures to established enterprises, guiding them through complex commercial and operational challenges. Graham holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Graham is the Managing Director of MacGregor Advisory Group, and has held senior executive and board roles across multiple sectors and is known for his pragmatism and focus on sustainable value creation. His expertise in strategy, risk, and stakeholder engagement strengthens TEM’s governance capability.
