Adrian Enright
Chief Executive Officer

Adrian was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TEM in May 2024, bringing to the role over 16 years’ experience in carbon markets, including roles in carbon project and policy development across the Asia Pacific region. This includes driving the market delivery of some of the world’s leading and highest-performing carbon-neutral offerings.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Adrian was TEM’s Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for helping TEM’s customers to achieve their sustainability goals via connecting them to high-quality carbon offsetting solutions. Adrian joined TEM in 2017 and, in addition to the Chief Customer Officer role, has held a range of other leadership roles in this time, spanning partnerships, customers and business operations.

Before joining TEM, Adrian held various executive positions at organisations including WWF– Australia and SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. He was also an expert advisor for the United Nations REDD Programme. Adrian has also held roles as a climate change policy advisor and an economist focused on biodiversity conservation at the Victorian Government.

Outside of TEM, Adrian is a Member of the QBE Classifications of Social Investments Committee.

He holds a Masters of Development (Economics), Development Economics and International Development from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Economics, Environmental Economics and Bachelor of Economics, Environmental Economics from the Australian National University. Adrian also completed the General Management Program, Organisational Leadership at The Australian Graduate School of Management.
