Gemma Bundy

Gemma has been a key member of the TEM family since 2016, originally as our Executive Assistant. She now works in a diverse role combining People & Impact Management. Gemma is committed to supporting TEM’s people in a safe, engaging, and value-driven work environment.

Gemma has recently completed a short Impact Management course at Duke University and is looking forward to building on this knowledge to report on TEM’s impact. Gemma’s role also includes maintaining TEM’s industry leading certifications including our BCorp & Climate Active certifications.

Gemma is a driven professional, with a deep passion for the environment and the hope that the positive changes we make today will lead to a brighter future for generations to come.
