Joe is an accomplished commercial professional with extensive experience in business, corporate development, and energy infrastructure. He has held senior leadership roles at APA and AGL, leading M&A transactions, greenfield development opportunities, and energy trading.

Joe is a proven leader with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills. He is an expert in commercial management, due diligence, and risk assessment. Joe is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.

At TEM, Joe is the Commercial Director, overseeing carbon offset contracts and supporting deal structuring and negotiations for long-term carbon offset trades and investments.
