With a 25-year career in the airline and travel industry, Kathrine is an award-winning Systems Analyst enjoying comprehensive experience across reservations, departure control, operations, CRM and loyalty reward programs.

Kathrine has driven diverse and complex projects including the introduction of Star Alliance, Code Share, InterAirline Through Check-In (IATCI), GST at Ansett and most recently led delivery of the BI framework and technology at APT Travel Group.

Kathrine’s work has been recognised through various company awards both at Ansett and APT in the areas of design, business analysis and implementation planning for Salesforce, Finance and Operation system launches.

Across her successful career, Kathrine has held roles across the IT spectrum and is excited to bring her experience and capabilities to TEM.
