Hinatea supports TEM’s partnerships team as Business Operations Manager within TEM Corporate. Her refined leadership and client management skills drive operational excellence, accompanied by her incredible passion for environmental, social and governance issues. Hinatea confidently launches TEM’s continual growth through expertise in her proven methodologies, efficient processes and sales experience.

Previously a Partnership Manager within TEM, Hinatea’s current role complements her structured development and refinement of tailored offsetting strategies for both Australian and International organisations.

Hinatea holds a Master of Sustainability and a Master in Management obtained in France, alongside her professional experience extending over ten years including a previous role as Sustainability Manager within a French CAC-40 listed company.
