Jessica is a highly accomplished corporate executive with over 16 years of experience in the institutional banking and financial services sector. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career, including CEO of Tasman Environmental Markets (TEM), where she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

Jessica’s expertise spans a wide range of areas within the banking and financial services industry. She has successfully led and established teams of over 1,000 people across multiple jurisdictions. She has been involved in institutional sales and business development for major corporates, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity financing, product development, technology and project delivery, strategy, and operations. In addition to her extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, Jessica has had a strong focus on carbon, sustainability, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters.

Before joining TEM, Jessica held the position of Executive General Manager – Business, Institutional and Market Operations at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, one of the leading financial institutions in Australia.

In addition to her executive roles, Jessica is also an experienced non-executive director and dedicated to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Jessica’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University, where she received the Vice Chancellor’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, demonstrating her commitment to professional development in corporate governance.
