Nick brings a deep understanding of capital markets, private equity and venture capital to TEM and supports the business in the commercial structure and execution of investments with a focus on vertical integration through project origination and acquisition.

Experienced across all stages of deal origination, due diligence and transaction execution Nick has participated in deals from venture to growth stage and across the capital stack in equity and debt.

Holding a Mechanical Engineering and Finance double degree from the University of Adelaide, Nick is eager to apply his impact investment skills on accelerating the transition towards a sustainable economy.
